Required Qualifications
- 2-4+ years in SaaS Operations at a SaaS company
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
- Experience with Excel, Google Suite, Salesforce, Gainsight, and Pendo
- Hands-on experience with Digital Touch/Scale product growth
- Familiarity with customer success processes and methodologies
