Key Responsibilities:

• Develop comprehensive GTM strategies for new and existing Success Plan offerings
• Lead the creation of high-quality content to effectively communicate the value of Success Plans
• Establish mechanisms for customer engagement to enhance Success Plans features and offerings

Qualifications:

• 10+ years of experience in product management or product GTM strategy
• Proven track record of successfully launching and scaling new products or features
• Strong understanding of customer success principles and practices
• Experience in building and leading high-performing teams
• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field; MBA or advanced degree is a plus
