Key Responsibilities

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in program management, project management, customer success, or lifecycle marketing, or a Bachelor's Degree with 3+ years of relevant experience
• 1+ years of experience executing scalable customer success programs
• 1+ years of experience with customer engagement and communication platforms related to Digital and Scale program execution
