Job Summary

A company is looking for a SuccessFactors Employee Central (EC) Expert.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide functional expertise and guidance on SuccessFactors Employee Central products and processes
  • Lead implementation teams and ensure successful project execution, including design workshops and solution architecture
  • Gather and analyze client business requirements while delivering high-quality demonstrations and presentations
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree in business, Human Resources, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field
  • Certification in SuccessFactors module, with a preference for Professional Certification in Employee Central
  • Minimum 6 years of experience in business processes and Employee Central implementation
  • At least 3 full implementation experiences on the SuccessFactors Employee Central Module
  • Prior experience in a functional or technical consulting role
