Job Summary
A company is looking for a SuccessFactors Employee Central (EC) Expert.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide functional expertise and guidance on SuccessFactors Employee Central products and processes
- Lead implementation teams and ensure successful project execution, including design workshops and solution architecture
- Gather and analyze client business requirements while delivering high-quality demonstrations and presentations
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in business, Human Resources, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field
- Certification in SuccessFactors module, with a preference for Professional Certification in Employee Central
- Minimum 6 years of experience in business processes and Employee Central implementation
- At least 3 full implementation experiences on the SuccessFactors Employee Central Module
- Prior experience in a functional or technical consulting role
