Job Summary

A company is looking for a SuccessFactors Functional Expert to lead automation and operational efficiency initiatives across a supply chain and manufacturing organization within life sciences.

Key Responsibilities

• Serve as the functional lead for SuccessFactors in supply chain and manufacturing, driving process automation and operational excellence
• Design and implement intelligent workflows and automation across key talent and training processes
• Collaborate with stakeholders to identify pain points and deliver scalable, compliance-focused solutions

Required Qualifications, Training, and Education

• In-depth experience with SuccessFactors modules such as Learning, Employee Central, and Performance
• Strong capabilities in system configuration, business rule creation, and workflow automation
• Demonstrated ability to integrate SuccessFactors with systems like ERP, MES, and LMS
• Proficient in using SuccessFactors analytics, dashboards, and reporting tools
• Experience in GxP-regulated environments is preferred
