Job Summary

A company is looking for a SuccessFactors LMS Administrator.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide Tier 1 and Tier 2 support for SuccessFactors LMS-related issues
  • Act as a liaison between end-users, HRIS, IT, and vendor support to resolve system issues
  • Analyze trends in support issues and maintain system documentation
Required Qualifications
  • 5+ years of experience as a SuccessFactors LMS Administrator
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, HR, or a related field
  • Proficiency in ticketing systems (e.g., ServiceNow, Jira, Zendesk)
  • Experience with BizX and knowledge of SCORM/AICC content standards
  • Heavy reporting and data extraction experience
