Job Summary

To support enterprise-scale implementations, the remote contract SuccessFactors Techno-Functional Consultant will lead the design, configuration, and integration of Talent Management solutions, focusing on Onboarding 2.0, Performance & Goal Management, Succession Planning, and Learning Management.

Key responsibilities

• Lead requirements elicitation workshops and configure Talent modules including Onboarding 2.0 and PMGM
• Design and build integrations using SAP CPI and develop event-driven workflows
• Create reporting dashboards and support data validation across Talent modules

Required qualifications

• Proven experience with Onboarding 2.0, Performance & Goal Management, Succession Planning, and Learning Management Systems
• Hands-on experience with SAP CPI/BTP integrations and APIs
• Knowledge of MDF framework, business rules, and XML configuration within SuccessFactors
• Experience integrating SuccessFactors with Employee Central and external systems
• Preferred SAP SuccessFactors certifications in relevant modules
