Successor in Interest Specialist

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Successor in Interest Specialist.

Key Responsibilities

• Review and respond to inquiries from borrowers, attorneys, and authorized third parties
• Perform factual analyses of loan information and identify necessary documentation for requests
• Collaborate with the Loss Mitigation Department to review potential Successor in Interest applications

Required Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; college education preferred
• Minimum of two (2) years related mortgage servicing experience required
• Equivalent combination of education and experience is considered
• Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
• Knowledge of relevant industry-specific software packages preferred
