A company is looking for a SUD Provider Relations Coordinator (Remote).

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee provider contractual requirements and manage customer service experience for the MN SUD contract
• Engage with providers to address concerns and develop tailored educational resources
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure quality services and uphold contract requirements

Required Qualifications

• 5-7 years of experience in provider relations/education within a healthcare setting
• High School Diploma or GED
• Preferred knowledge and experience with Medicaid providers
• Proven ability to teach/train others using various methods
• Strong organizational and time management skills
