Suicide Prevention Leadership Expert

Job Summary

To support the development and delivery of training initiatives, the hybrid remote Suicide Prevention Leadership Expert will serve as a senior subject matter expert, focusing on curriculum refinement and facilitation for suicide prevention and trauma-informed leadership programs.

Key responsibilities

• Provide expert-level content knowledge and instructional leadership for high-visibility training and facilitation efforts
• Design and deliver training programs based on adult learning principles and trauma-informed instructional design
• Support Trauma-Informed Train-the-Trainer curricula and engage diverse audiences through workshops and training sessions

Required qualifications

• Master's or Ph.D. degree with 10+ years of related experience
• Minimum of 5 years designing and delivering training programs or curricula
• Working knowledge of prevention and postvention concepts, including trauma and risk reduction strategies
• Demonstrated expertise in suicide prevention, behavioral health, or a closely related field
• Extensive experience in delivering high-engagement training and workshops across diverse audiences
