Job Summary
Working remotely, the full-time Suitability Specialist III will independently review and analyze clients' financial situations to determine the suitability of annuity contracts while managing complex cases and supporting the Suitability team.
Key responsibilities
- Analyzes business forms to ensure compliance with NAIC Suitability and industry regulations
- Reviews and evaluates suitability documentation for validity and completeness, providing final recommendations
- Communicates effectively with agents and applicants to clarify information and ensure timely processing
Required qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED
- 3+ years of relevant experience in the insurance or financial industry
- Experience in suitability or financial underwriting
- Ability to make independent decisions and manage multiple tasks
- Proficiency in regulatory compliance and internal audit processes preferred
