Job Summary

A company is looking for 2026 Summer Law and Policy Clerks.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct research and writing to support various teams focused on education, immigration, and litigation
• Assist with initiatives to protect civil rights in education and advocate for immigrant youth
• Support litigation processes across all areas of focus, including pre-litigation and implementation of settlements

Required Qualifications

• Rising second- (2L) or third-year (3L) law student, or graduate student in a relevant policy program as of Summer 2026
• Knowledge and commitment to the organization's mission
• Experience or interest in issues affecting children and youth
• Demonstrated understanding of diversity, equity, and inclusion
• Cultural competency in working with diverse backgrounds
