Summer Law Clerk

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Summer Law Clerk to support its Business & Legal Affairs team.

Key Responsibilities

• Draft, review, and negotiate various contracts related to licensing, sponsorship, and content production
• Conduct legal research and analysis on intellectual property, name, image, and likeness (NIL), and emerging issues in sports and entertainment
• Assist with process improvement initiatives and maintain legal templates and internal resources

Required Qualifications

• Currently enrolled as a 1st or 2nd year law student in good academic standing at an ABA-accredited law school
• Proactive and solution-oriented mindset, with a willingness to take ownership of tasks
• Strong time management and organizational skills to handle multiple projects and deadlines
• High degree of professionalism, integrity, and strong personal ethics
• Ability to work independently or collaboratively within a team environment
