Job Summary
Offering a paid, full-time Summer Law Clerk position for ten weeks, the clerk will assist attorneys in case development and litigation strategy, including drafting pleadings, conducting legal research, and attending client meetings and court proceedings, with remote work options available for students in Texas, Louisiana, and Mississippi.

Required qualifications
- Enrollment in a U.S. law school through fall 2027
- Commitment to a full-time, ten-week clerkship during summer 2027
- Ability to work from the U.S. during the clerkship
- Submission of a legal writing sample and unofficial transcript
- Interest in environmental or public interest issues relevant to Earthjustice's mission
