Summer Law Clerk
Job Summary
Seeking ten full-time Summer Law Clerks for Summer 2027, who will conduct legal research and writing, assist with litigation and advocacy projects related to environmental law, and have the option to work remotely or in-person at various office locations.
Key responsibilities:
- Conduct legal research and writing, including preparing memoranda and assisting with brief writing
- Analyze federal and state legislation related to environmental issues and track current legislation
- Collaborate with attorneys and partners on various conservation projects and initiatives
Required qualifications:
- Completed at least one year of law school by the time of application
- Strong legal research and writing skills
- Passion for wildlife protection and environmental conservation
- Background or experience in natural resources, environmental, or administrative law preferred
- Creativity and motivation in advocacy efforts
