Summer Program Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Summer Program Manager, fully remote.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and support the implementation of new operational strategies across multiple brands, ensuring quality and adherence to standards
• Organize and direct the deployment of new summer pilots, including planning, coordination, and post-program evaluation
• Maintain detailed project plans and develop center-level execution plans with clear benchmarks and accountability structures

Required Qualifications

• Minimum 3-5 years' experience in program management or multi-unit operations leadership
• Strong project management skills with the ability to manage cross-functional initiatives
• Familiarity with center P&L management and operational metrics
• Experience building operational infrastructure for new programs
• Background in childcare, education, or similar service-based industries
