Job Summary
Seeking a fully remote contract Sunquest LIS Application Support professional, who will serve as a subject matter expert for Sunquest LIS workflows, manage daily support and incident resolution, and collaborate with client stakeholders to align system capabilities with business requirements.
Key responsibilities
- Manage and prioritize daily support, maintenance, and service requests in accordance with service level agreements
- Collaborate with client stakeholders to understand operational needs and ensure system alignment with business requirements
- Maintain system documentation, including workflows, support procedures, and testing protocols
Required qualifications
- Two or more years of experience in application support or management
- Hands-on experience with the Clinisys (Sunquest) LIS suite
- Experience in a healthcare or clinical environment supporting application operations
- Understanding of healthcare privacy, security, and compliance requirements, including HIPAA
- Experience in maintaining application documentation and supporting testing activities
