Sunquest LIS Application Support

Job Summary

Seeking a fully remote contract Sunquest LIS Application Support professional, who will serve as a subject matter expert for Sunquest LIS workflows, manage daily support and incident resolution, and collaborate with client stakeholders to align system capabilities with business requirements.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and prioritize daily support, maintenance, and service requests in accordance with service level agreements
• Collaborate with client stakeholders to understand operational needs and ensure system alignment with business requirements
• Maintain system documentation, including workflows, support procedures, and testing protocols

Required qualifications

• Two or more years of experience in application support or management
• Hands-on experience with the Clinisys (Sunquest) LIS suite
• Experience in a healthcare or clinical environment supporting application operations
• Understanding of healthcare privacy, security, and compliance requirements, including HIPAA
• Experience in maintaining application documentation and supporting testing activities
