Job Summary

A company is looking for a Supervisor.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide leadership to support staff in processing appeals/disputes accurately and timely
  • Manage inventory levels, ensure case preparation accuracy, and achieve operational goals
  • Implement quality control procedures, supervise, train, and evaluate project work activities and personnel

Required Qualifications:
  • Associate's degree or 60+ credit hours towards a Bachelor's degree
  • One year of operations environment experience and supervisory or leadership experience
  • Experience in Medicare operations is preferred
  • Qualified Independent Contractor (QIC), Medicare, or medical dispute experience may be substituted for education
