A company is looking for a Supervisor, Billing - Remote

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage team to meet or exceed customer requirements and business objectives
• Provide ongoing feedback, coaching, and training to team members
• Interface with customers to resolve concerns and ensure customer satisfaction

Required Qualifications:

• 5+ years of claims processing experience or combination of claims processing and direct customer service experience
• Knowledge of MS Office software, specifically Excel
• Experience in processing various products including HMO/PPO and Indemnity under both fully insured and self-funded arrangements
• 1+ years of direct supervisory experience
• Strong influencing, negotiation, and analytical skills
