Job Summary

A company is looking for a Supervisor - Case Management (Remote U.S.).

Key Responsibilities:
  • Supervise and mentor the case management team to ensure high-quality care coordination
  • Oversee workload assignments, assess team performance, and implement quality improvement initiatives
  • Participate in developing, evaluating, and revising clinical pathways and care plans

Required Qualifications:
  • Active, unrestricted RN license with a compact state license
  • Bachelor's degree
  • 3+ years of clinical experience in medical, behavioral, acute care, or home care settings
  • 3+ years of Case Management experience
  • URAC-recognized certification in case management within 3 years of supervising the case management process
