Job Summary

Managing team performance and communication, the full-time Supervisor Communications Analyst will oversee staffing needs, work assignments, and performance goals for Communication Analysts while working remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee time management and attendance for reporting associates, communicating issues to the Manager Monitoring Operations
• Compile reports on lost production hours during system outages and review audit reports to ensure goals are met
• Assist with training new hires and conduct interviews, providing insights on candidates

Required qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent
• 1 year of experience supervising or training a team that analyzes various forms of communication
• Comprehensive knowledge of training, supervision, and management principles
• Fluency in Microsoft Excel
• Ability to communicate effectively and manage change
