Job Summary

A company is looking for an Enterprise Supervisor Financial Counseling.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervises and coordinates financial counseling activities, including payment collection and charity care review
• Provides daily supervision to staff to ensure prompt and courteous service to patients and other stakeholders
• Monitors daily operations for adherence to policies and assists in the development of departmental procedures

Required Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent
• HFMA Certified Revenue Cycle Representative (CRCR) or similar certification within one year of hire
• Three years of revenue cycle experience in a healthcare setting
• Associates Degree, BA or BS preferred
• Two years of supervisory experience in a healthcare setting preferred
