Job Summary

A company is looking for a Supervisor HIM Operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide leadership and oversee daily operations of Health Information Management functions
• Manage department services including document scanning, record completion, and release of information
• Supervise, monitor, coach, and develop HIM Associates

Required Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required
• At least three years of related Revenue Cycle experience within Health Information Management
• Associate's or Bachelor's degree preferred
• At least five years of related Revenue Cycle experience preferred
• At least two years of supervisory experience preferred
