Job Summary
A company is looking for a Supervisor, Insurance Verification who will supervise a team dedicated to executing the verification of patient eligibility, insurance confirmation, and insurance discovery.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise team and monitor production and quality goals
- Assist with hiring, discipline, and performance evaluations
- Ensure adherence to policies and procedures, complete projects and reports, and develop and manage staff
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
- Minimum of 2 years directly related and progressively responsible experience
- Lead and/or supervisory experience
- Experience with insurance claims submission and management software
- Thorough knowledge of healthcare reimbursement environment and insurance billing practices
