Supervisor Media Operations

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Supervisor, Media Operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage client billing cycle, including fees, commissions, working media, and expenses
• Review and validate Media Purchase Authorizations (MPAs) for proper usage and compliance
• Maintain and administer monthly client financial calendar, including all tasks related to the buying cycle

Qualifications:

• 5+ years of experience in media and/or financial operations in a media buying or creative agency
• Familiarity with buying systems and agency accounting platforms/ERPs
• Strong analytical skills and ability to solve financial issues
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and experience with productivity tools such as Smartsheet
• Aptitude for managing and developing junior talent
