Job Summary

A company is looking for a Supervisor in Program Management.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide leadership and supervision to support staff in the appeal/dispute resolution processes
  • Manage inventory levels and ensure accuracy of case preparation and effectuation
  • Achieve operational and production goals, implement quality control procedures, and evaluate project work activities and personnel

Required Qualifications:
  • Associate's degree or 60+ credit hours towards a Bachelor's degree
  • 1 year of experience in an operations environment
  • Supervisory or leadership experience
  • Experience in Medicare is preferred
  • Qualified Independent Contractor (QIC), Medicare, appeals, medical dispute, or related experience may be substituted for Associate's degree
