Supervisor of Claim Adjudication Operations

Job Summary

To support a growing team, the full-time Supervisor of Claim Adjudication Operations will oversee the accurate administration of benefits, coordinate daily activities, and enhance customer-focused solutions in a remote environment.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee roles within the Claim Adjudication Operations department to ensure accurate and timely configuration and data transfers
• Provide superior customer service with a high-touch, customer-centric approach through collaboration and communication
• Manage department Kanban boards, resource assignments, and conduct 1:1s for mentorship and performance guidance

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience is required
• 4 years of relevant experience is required
• Knowledge of applicable data privacy practices and laws is preferred
• Professional PBM industry work experience is preferred
• Understanding of healthcare industry practices and HIPAA knowledge would be a plus
