Job Summary

Leading a team of Instructional Designers, the remote Supervisor of Instructional Design for 6-12 ELA will oversee the creation of impactful educational content, collaborate with various teams to develop digital programs, and manage external vendors to ensure quality and alignment across projects.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise and mentor a team of Instructional Designers to create high-quality educational materials
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and execute digital programs from inception to delivery
• Manage relationships with external vendors to maintain project quality and alignment with objectives

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Education, English Language Arts, Instructional Design, or a related field
• 4+ years of experience in digital content development within the education sector
• Demonstrated knowledge of instructional design theory and application
• Experience managing and leading teams towards shared goals
• Basic knowledge of HTML and CSS, along with experience using authoring tools and learning management systems
