Job Summary

A company is looking for a Supervisor of Intake.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide daily operational direction to intake staff, including training, coaching, and mentoring
  • Manage workload balancing and oversee quality improvement plans
  • Address case escalations, provider issues, and conduct HR management tasks

Required Qualifications:
  • Experience in supervisory/management roles in a contact center environment
  • Ability to develop and train large groups or individuals
  • Skilled in driving process improvement initiatives
  • Flexible and agile in ambiguous situations, open to changes in role and scope as the business grows
  • Intellectually curious with a strong desire to understand and improve work processes
