Job Summary

A company is looking for a Supervisor, Member and Provider Services.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate activities related to customer service, billing, and financial counseling
• Establish controls for billing and payment cycles to ensure integrity of accounts receivable
• Monitor daily operations and ensure compliance with departmental policies and procedures

Required Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Two (2) years of experience in a customer service environment
• Bachelor's degree preferred
• Two (2) years of experience in a healthcare setting preferred
• Two (2) years of experience in direct supervision of associates preferred
