Required qualifications
- 5+ years of experience with EDI integrations, API-based data exchanges, and benefits administration platforms
- 1+ years of experience in a leadership role managing integration or data professionals
- Experience in PEO, HR technology, payroll, or benefits administration
- Strong knowledge of integration technologies and file formats, including JSON, XML, and EDI transactions
- Proven ability to improve operational processes through workflow optimization and continuous improvement initiatives
