Job Summary

To support the Referral Management & Analytics Service line, the full-time Supervisor of Referral Management will manage employees and operations, oversee workflow, and ensure compliance with company standards while working in the MST or PST time zone.

Key responsibilities
  • Supervise and orient employees, assign work, and develop work schedules while managing performance and providing feedback
  • Run reports, maintain data integrity, and monitor billing procedures and documentation
  • Develop relationships with clients and regulatory agencies while ensuring staff receives adequate training
Required qualifications
  • High School Diploma or GED
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience managing or supervising employees preferred
  • 2+ years in patient scheduling, registration, or healthcare billing
  • Familiarity with applicable service line programs and high volume call center experience preferred
  • Strong computer knowledge, especially in Excel; familiarity with Epic and HCA/Parallon IT systems preferred
