Supervisor of Special Loans

Job Summary

Managing the day-to-day operations of the Special Products team, the full-time Supervisor of Special Loans will ensure compliance with processes, resolve complex issues, and enhance service quality while working remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Plan and organize workflow to meet department SLAs and optimize resource use
• Resolve complex problems to ensure customer satisfaction and maintain cross-functional relationships
• Oversee special product functions and suggest improvements for efficiency and accuracy

Required qualifications

• 2+ years of special servicing experience
• 1+ years of experience in people management
• Experience in creating and developing new policies
• Comfortable working in a startup environment
• Minimum education requirement: High school diploma or GED equivalent
