Job Summary

Overseeing the posting of payments and denials, the full-time Supervisor Patient Cash Posting will manage staff, ensure accurate cash processing, and implement banking and billing processes in a remote environment.

Key responsibilities:

• Monitor suspense accounts, approve refunds, and implement conversions to UPMC banking processes
• Manage staff, including payroll processing, training, performance reviews, and hiring
• Ensure accurate imaging of files and reconciliation of payments within specified timelines

Required qualifications:

• High school diploma or GED with six years of progressive leadership experience
• In-depth knowledge of healthcare billing and receivables processes
• Experience with change control processes and staff training
• Familiarity with imaging and scanning procedures
• Bachelor's degree in IS or accounting preferred
