Job Summary

A company is looking for a Supervisor, Medical Pharmacy Contact Center.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Drive daily team performance to achieve service level agreements and business targets
  • Provide feedback, coaching, and support to team members for performance improvement
  • Ensure compliance with policies and procedures, monitor quality, and adjust workflow as needed

Required Qualifications:
  • Minimum of 3 years experience in pharmacy and/or healthcare industry
  • Minimum of 1 year experience in a call center environment
  • Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office product suite, specifically Excel and Word
  • High School education required; Bachelor's degree preferred
  • Certifications such as CPT/ExCPT/LPT/PTCB/RPT, Pharmacy Technician, State Requirements - Pharmacy are preferred
