Supervisor Revenue Cycle Management

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Supervisor of Billing Services - SLTC.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee staff performing Revenue Cycle activities to ensure a positive customer experience
• Establish and ensure adherence to industry best practices and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) for revenue cycle management
• Manage Team Leads and A/R Managers, including payroll, process management, and onboarding new clients to RCM services

Required Qualifications

• Minimum of three years of experience in Sr. Living and Skilled Nursing revenue cycle processes
• Bachelor's degree in business administration, healthcare management, or related field preferred
• Demonstrated knowledge of Sr Living & Skilled Nursing revenue cycle management
• Prior experience with Medicare rules, regulations, and billing codes preferred
• Familiarity with EMR and Clearinghouse functionality preferred
