Job Summary

A company is looking for a Supervisor l, Roadside Assistance Contact Center for a remote position.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead and coordinate a team of Roadside Assistance associates in a Contact Center
  • Ensure timely and safe delivery of roadside services to members
  • Provide coaching, training, and development to team members to meet safety and service goals

Required Qualifications:
  • High school diploma
  • 4+ years of high-volume customer service experience
  • Ability to obtain necessary licensing for sales and service within 1 year of hire
  • Working knowledge of Windows-based computer applications
  • Knowledge of geography, routing, and directions
