Job Summary

A company is looking for a Supervisor SRN in Ancillary Services, full-time and remote.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise Staffing Resource Network (SRN) float pool employees and manage staffing needs across various sites
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and maintain accurate employee personnel records
• Coordinate recruitment, training, and performance evaluations for float pool staff

Required Qualifications

• Previous human resource, hospital staffing, and/or management/leadership experience
• Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or a health-related field is preferred
• Proven organizational, leadership, and supervisory skills
• Familiarity with computer software and database programs
• Ability to analyze, interpret, and prepare staffing data reports
