Job Summary

Overseeing the quality assessment process for FEMA disaster housing assessments, the full-time Supervisory Analyst, Quality Assessment will manage a team, coordinate with stakeholders, and adapt to varying workloads in a hybrid work environment based in Winchester, VA.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee the quality assessment process for FEMA disaster housing assessments
• Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure operational excellence
• Provide mentorship and support to team members

Required qualifications

• High School Diploma; Bachelor's degree strongly preferred
• 5+ years of demonstrated comparable work experience
• Prior experience with FEMA is highly desirable
• Familiarity with Microsoft Word, Excel, and database software systems
• Strong analytical skills and client problem-solving abilities
