Job Summary
To support the U.S. Department of Justice's complex litigation mission, the full-time remote Supervisory Paralegal will direct and supervise paralegals and support staff, ensuring compliance with contract requirements and timely delivery of work products.
Key responsibilities
- Monitors work progress and ensures quality control of paralegal and support staff outputs
- Performs complex legal and factual research while coordinating with trial staff and expert witnesses
- Designs systems for managing case files and collaborates with other contractor support components
Required qualifications
- Ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. Government Public Trust clearance
- Paralegal certificate required
- At least three years of litigation paralegal experience, including trial experience
- Minimum one year of experience in automated litigation support
- Proven supervisory experience with effective communication skills
