Job Summary

A company is looking for an EE Supplemental Claims Analyst responsible for managing the full lifecycle of supplemental insurance claims.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Review, analyze, and adjudicate supplemental insurance claims through final resolution
  • Investigate eligibility, calculate payable benefits, and initiate accurate and timely payments
  • Provide training, mentoring, and support to team members as a subject matter expert
Required Qualifications:
  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in employee benefits, claims, or financial services
  • Experience with claim processing and direct claimant communication
  • Experience with supplemental insurance or group benefit products preferred
  • Mentoring or peer training experience preferred
