Job Summary

A company is looking for a Sr Claims Practice Leader for Supplemental Health.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Contribute to the development and management of claim strategy, processes, and tools for Supplemental Health
  • Identify improvement opportunities and facilitate dialogue with internal/external customers and claim teams
  • Lead enhancement initiatives, provide technical support, and ensure compliance with regulations
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience
  • 10 years of experience in group benefits and claims management, with 3 years in Supplemental Health
  • Comfortable reading and applying policy and contract language
  • Knowledge of state and federal claim and leave regulations
  • Absence Management Certification preferred
