Job Summary
A company is looking for a Sr Claims Practice Leader for Supplemental Health.
Key Responsibilities:
- Contribute to the development and management of claim strategy, processes, and tools for Supplemental Health
- Identify improvement opportunities and facilitate dialogue with internal/external customers and claim teams
- Lead enhancement initiatives, provide technical support, and ensure compliance with regulations
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience
- 10 years of experience in group benefits and claims management, with 3 years in Supplemental Health
- Comfortable reading and applying policy and contract language
- Knowledge of state and federal claim and leave regulations
- Absence Management Certification preferred
