Job Summary

Leading a team of customer service representatives, the full-time Supplemental Health Team Lead will train staff on supplemental health products, manage service levels, and handle escalated calls while working in a hybrid telecommuting environment.

Key responsibilities:
  • Support the department in achieving service levels and provide direction to customer service representatives
  • Develop and facilitate training programs for new and existing client support agents
  • Manage department metrics reporting, scheduling, and escalated transactions/requests
Required qualifications:
  • Knowledge of supplemental health products including Critical Illness, Accident, and Hospital Indemnity
  • High School Diploma required; college degree preferred
  • 1-2 years of experience in customer service roles
  • Ability to develop learning tools and mentor team members
  • Strong leadership skills to support management functions
