Key Responsibilities

• Manage supplier relationships and ensure service quality through performance monitoring and contract negotiation support
• Develop tailored reporting and provide regular service updates to operations and suppliers
• Analyze service defects and trends to recommend improvements and manage supplier performance

Required Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of business experience in relocation or supply chain management
• Prior vendor/supplier management experience is desirable
• Experience in account management or relationship management
• Basic financial management skills
• Proficient in MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
