Job Summary

A company is looking for a Supplier Business Partner to serve as a strategic link between the organization and key suppliers.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute supplier strategies aligned with business objectives and lead joint business planning efforts
• Monitor supplier performance using scorecards and KPIs, addressing underperformance with corrective action plans
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure supplier performance meets operational requirements and strategic goals

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Business, or a related field
• 5-7 years of experience in supplier management, sourcing, or procurement
• Strong analytical skills to identify improvement opportunities
• Experience working with cross-functional teams
• Master's degree or relevant certifications (e.g., CPSM, CSCP) preferred
