Key Responsibilities

• Engage internal stakeholders to translate needs into a risk-balanced approach for contract preparation
• Manage engagements within the Procurement System and Contract Lifecycle Management system
• Support end-to-end contract lifecycle management and resolve business inquiries related to contracting

Required Qualifications

• 8 years of professional experience in contracting within procurement or legal operations
• Ability to understand and draft commercial and legal language in contracts
• Experience with contract negotiations and collaboration with legal teams
• Solution-oriented mindset with a focus on establishing contracting best practices
• Flexibility to adapt to changing requirements in a high-volume environment
