Supplier Development Engineer

Job Summary

A company is looking for an Interconnect Supplier Development Engineer (Remote).

Key Responsibilities

• Manage supplier relationships and support corrective action processes for rejected products
• Develop and implement improvement plans to enhance supplier quality, delivery, and cost performance
• Analyze supplier metrics to identify performance gaps and implement production part approval processes

Required Qualifications, Training, and Education

• Bachelor's degree in an engineering field from an accredited university
• 6 years of work experience in a related field
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in cable and harness assembly or connector manufacturing
• Knowledge of electronic/RF/high-speed cable assemblies and connectors is desired
• Industry-specific certifications, such as IPC certifications, are a plus
