Supplier Enablement Analyst

Job Summary

To support effective supplier management, the remote contract Supplier Enablement Analyst will coordinate the onboarding and integration of suppliers into the SAP Ariba and SAP Business Network ecosystems while overseeing supplier enablement tasks and ensuring compliance with enablement requirements.

Key responsibilities:

• Coordinate the end-to-end supplier setup process and manage integration into procurement systems
• Administer supplier enablement tasks and monitor compliance with enablement requirements
• Utilize and manage functionalities within SAP Business Network for vendor management and process efficiency

Required qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in business administration, Supply Chain Management, Information Technology, or a related field
• 3-5 years of experience in a Supplier Enablement Program Administrator role or similar capacity
• Proven experience with supplier enablement task management and strategic sourcing principles
• Strong understanding of integration points and data flow between SAP ECC and S/4HANA
• Experience with ANSI X12 and EDIFACT Electronic Data Interchange
