A company is looking for a Supplier Engagement & Resiliency Manager.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and manage metrics, dashboards, and reporting tools to measure supplier engagement and spend
• Collaborate with sourcing managers to streamline procurement processes for suppliers
• Partner with various departments to advance program objectives and facilitate internal meetings

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business administration, supply chain, finance, or related field
• 7-10 years of progressively responsible experience in relevant areas
• Experience in developing a network of small business suppliers
• Expertise in data analysis and reporting tools (Excel, Power BI, Tableau)
• Exceptional project management skills in a cross-functional environment
