Job Summary

• Provide support to the global network of business partners through various communication channels
• Handle technical requests and assist with onboarding processes for business partners

Required Qualifications

• Excellent command of English (minimum C1 level)
• Additional languages such as German, French, Italian, or Spanish are a plus
• Advanced computer skills and experience with support platforms like Zendesk and Jira
• Previous experience in tourism, hospitality, or customer support is advantageous
